• Assets management services: All those consulting activities having to do with the search for, purchase, sale, and/or allocation of real estate.
• Advisory services: All those consulting activities having to do with the analysis of data and files concerning a particular real estate so as to elaborate a development plan (identification of clients’ needs, analysis and evaluation of the real estate opportunity in question, memorandum offering, negotiation, closing).
• Development and project management services: All those consulting activities having to do with every development stage of the real estate project in question (preliminary analysis and verification, technical coordination, planning stage, construction stage).
• Property management services: All those consulting activities having to do with the managing and commending of the real estate portfolio.
